Pre-Order Policy

Please read the following before placing a pre-order with Sleepy Fox Cards.

Payment

Pre-order and back-order items are charged in full when your order is placed.

Orders containing other products

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be dispatched together when the pre-order item is available.

If you would like an in-stock item to be dispatched straight away, please place it as a separate order.

Where an order contains multiple pre-order products with different release dates, the order will normally be dispatched once all items are available.

Release dates

Release dates shown for pre-order products are based on the information available to us at the time and may occasionally change.

If a release date or our expected stock arrival changes, we will dispatch your order as soon as the product becomes available.

If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, we will contact you and provide a full refund for the affected item.

Cancelling a pre-order

If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at matt@sleepyfoxcards.com as soon as possible.

Your statutory cancellation rights also apply to pre-orders purchased online. Further information about cancellations, returns and refunds can be found in our Returns Policy.
