Welcome to Sleepy Fox Cards!

 

My journey began back in the 90's with a small selection of the original base set cards (Charizard holo included!) and a 2-player starter set deck box with 1st Edition Machamp, remember those little gemstone damage counters they came with?! After a lengthy break, raising a family and playing a LOT of Pokémon Go!, I rediscovered my passion for Pokémon cards while strolling past a cool toy shop in Newquay, Cornwall - shout out to Inspire! They had a Stellar Crown 'New Release' sign sitting outside that caught my eye and I decided to pick up an ETB. It didn't take long to reignite my spark for collecting again after getting that buzz of finding a rare holo inside.

 

The next couple of months were spent sourcing and buying up a whole bunch of different era cards, from Base Set to Scarlet & Violet. I honestly had no idea what I really wanted to collect, I just knew I loved the cards. So I sat down and got my personal collection in order, keeping what I enjoyed most and separating out the rest - but, what to do with this huge pile of cards I no longer needed? Well, after going backwards and forwards dreaming of completing every master set, yeah - I know right, I started following a few Pokémon influencers and found PokiChloe's YouTube channel, it was like a lightbulb moment - why not sell them! And so, the passion for these little cute pocket monsters carries on through selling the TCG online here at Sleepy Fox Cards.

 

Oh, and if you're wondering about the name - my wife and daughter absolutely adore cute sleepy foxes, so it seemed only fitting!
